Library Hill welcomes your pet and requests the following guidelines be followed: Pets are restricted to two (2) in your Apartment Home. Any combination of cats and/or dogs are welcome. All Pets must be approved by the Management Team and must adhere to the Breed Restrictions. The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your Apartment Home. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. Please confirm with management office applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents.
